Payment Options:

• We gladly accept both bank deposits and e-transfers as payment methods.
• Rest assured, receipts are automatically generated for all transactions made via cash or e-transfer. 
• Please use the contact information provided with your lease agreement to issue any e-transfer payments. 

1. Notice to Vacate Option:
   
   • At the end of your lease term, you have the option to provide 60 days’ notice before the end of your lease. Upon doing so, you can move out on the specified date. Please submit your notice here or using the contact information provided with your lease agreement.

1. Lease Renewal or Month-to-Month Transition:
   
   • You can choose to:
     • Re-sign another fixed-term rental agreement for 12 months, ensuring continuity.
     • Alternatively, if you take no action, your tenancy will automatically transition to a month-to-month tenancy. In this case, you do not need to move out, and your rent will continue to be paid on the first of each month. All other terms from the original lease will remain in effect.
